What counts as a tenant?
One Microsoft 365 tenant managed under your MSP. If you manage 30 customer tenants, that's 30 tenants priced.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Billing is monthly. Cancel any time. We'd rather earn the renewal each month than trap you in a contract you resent.
Can I mix and match apps per tenant?
Yes. Buy ITDR for the tenants that need it, SharePoint Permission Management for the ones that need that. Or take the All-Apps bundle and stop thinking about it.
Do you offer volume discounts above N tenants?
We do — talk to us. We'll be straight about the breakpoints rather than dangle a discount as a sales lever.
Is there a free trial?
Pilot deployments are scoped during the demo. We'd rather understand your tenant shape before turning anything on than ship you a generic trial.
What's not included?
We don't resell M365 licenses, run an MSP support desk, or sell professional services. We sell software. Onboarding help is included with every plan.
