Who we are
A small team. One product. MSPs only.
Northern Tech Hub is a UK-based software company building NTH Control Plane. The team is small, technical, and made up of engineers who've run M365 tenants in anger. We don't maintain a separate consulting arm; we don't resell other vendors. The product is the thing.
Why we built it
Because nobody's built it for MSPs the right way.
MSPs running Entra ID, Intune, and Purview at scale juggle 30 admin centres, hand-built compliance baselines, and identity alerts buried in audit logs. Existing tools assume one tenant; MSP-native tools assume small estates. We built NTH Control Plane because the gap was obvious.

Multi-tenant by design
Per-tenant Graph tokens, isolated data, GDAP-only access. Multi-tenant is the architecture, not a feature flag.
No per-customer hacks
Templates and tags, not bespoke scripts. If we build it for one customer, every customer gets it.
Security as the default
Least privilege, audit logging, secret scanning, dependency scanning. Security isn't a checklist we run before launch — it's how the platform is built.
