Every engineer here has worked the other side of it — running Microsoft 365 tenants for MSPs in Leeds, Manchester, and London. That’s the experience the product is built on. The test is simple: if we wouldn’t want to be the one opening the console at 2am, we don’t ship it.
Enterprise tools, MSP reality
Microsoft ships powerful APIs and admin centres for a single tenant. MSPs don’t run one tenant; they run twenty, fifty, a hundred. Microsoft has never shipped a native console that treats the whole estate as one thing, and the third-party tools that do are built and priced for enterprises.
So we built one. Per-tenant Graph tokens, GDAP-only access, Partner Center sync, cross-tenant operations, that’s the architecture, not a set of MSP features bolted onto a single-tenant tool.
The point is parity: a 50-client MSP should have the same tools and the same simplicity as one running 500, without the enterprise price tag. That’s what the multi-tenant model is for.
